Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Push up Lashes mascara Super Black 10ml

Ultimate Content Creation Day

Post written by Leanne Perilly

It’s the first Charlotte Tilbury mascara I have tried and as with all mascaras we purchase; we buy on the basis of what it can do for our own lashes, i.e. separation, length, curl and volume (personally I need all of the above!).

I love both the wand and the formula. I still need to manually curl my lashes with my (currently Tweezerman) Eyelash curler before applying the mascara, (despite the blurb saying lash curlers not required) as my lashes are fairly straight.

I love the consistency; it’s super slick, applying lots of formula quickly and easily but without any stickiness or clumping. It is quite unlike other formulas I have tried. It must be the ‘Lash-Lifting Polymer – derived from the Larch tree with its natural gummy stretch and flex film, and lightweight natural waxes – Carnauba wax – according to the company product info.

I love the wand with its nylon micro precision paddle brush, it really does coat every single lash with separation and precision! And I love how you can create a thickened lash line from underneath easily as the wand is so precise.

I love the intensity of the super black colour; I’m not sure how they make it ‘more or super black’ but it definitely looks more intense on my eyes than other black mascaras.

It lasts all day without smudging and is easily removable with my hot cloth cleanser and I don’t wake up to panda eyes in the morning.
